Its surprising but most people live by impulses; 1. they hear what they want to hear. 2. they ether see someone as good or bad. 3. when things don’t go their way, they don’t care what is being explained to them, they blame a scapegoat!
Case study I: A costumer calls a service provider with a problem, the problem is with their PC. the costumer is anry and switches to another service provider. The problem remains unsolved, but the costumer now has a Bad and Good company, wow, just wow, to them problem is solved.
